The Roses Radiothon is an initiative to help purchase equipment for the fight against cancer at the Chaleur Regional Hospital. The Radiothon includes a whole range of activities that take place throughout the year. The culmination of the event is the day of the Radiothon where all monies raised during the year are handed over and people can make donation. This year, the equipment targeted by the Roses Radiothon is two surgical tables for Ambulatory Care at the Chaleur Regional Hospital. For more information: 2016_roses_radiothon.pdf
100 % of the funds raised in the Chaleur Region and 20 % of the funds
raised in the Acadian Peninsula will go toward the Roses Radiothon
80% of the funds raised in the Acadian Peninsula will go toward meeting the needs targeted in their respective establishment.
Together, we have raised $1,513,135 toward the purchase of equipment
enhancing the screening and treatment of certain cancers at the Chaleur
Regional Hospital and meeting needs within the facilities on the Acadian
