The Foundation gives itself a new look to better reflect its commitment towards our community.

Bathurst – In celebration of our 30th anniversary, the Chaleur Regional Hospital Foundation is excited to launch our new logo. Since its first appearance in 1990, our previous logo was in sync with our history but after 30 years of partnerships with the community, now is the time to update our image with a new logo, better reflecting our relationship to the community and our commitment to health for our region.
« Today we unveil our new logo. Even if we were fond of our old logo, the time has come for our identity to evolve. », explains Mr. Jean-Guy Robichaud, chairman of the Chaleur Regional Hospital Foundation Board of Directors.
Description of the logo
The words Foundation and Chaleur are at the forefront of this new version. The graphic style of the hands and the heart represent the foundation’s compassion and respect for how we adapt to the diverse needs of the people in our community.

Heart – Symbol of love and empathy, it emphasizes our commitment to the people who need health care and services here at home. The heart is also slightly leaning to the right showing the positive and dynamic momentum of the Foundation as we look forward.
The Hands – Represent the volunteers and donors who are always there to support the future of our community’s health by offering the best tools available to our health care professionals. These hands signify all of us working together.

The Colours – The yellow/orange represents energy, creativity, friendship, light, action and warmth; concepts that embrace the Foundation’s mission. The turquoise represents professionalism, resilience, tenderness, empathy, confidence and reflects the Bay that embraces our region.

« We are so proud of this new logo. This new image is a true representation of our Foundation – we are at the heart of our community! », add Mrs. Jennifer Cleversey Moffitt and Mrs. Alice Hébert, members of the Board of Directors who were part of the committee for the creation and choice of the new logo.
